    Trend-E-Tots is an online store in Calgary. If you are or going to be in the Calgary area, we would be happy to arrange a free pick up to save you the shipping cost. Upon checkout, prior to being directed to PAYPAL, you will be given your shipping options. Simply click the free local pick up option and once payment is recieved, we will contact you within 48hrs to set up a convenient time for a pick up.

     
    Shipping within Canada

    We offer shipping within Canada via Canada Post. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and will be added to your total invoice. Please note that some heavier or larger items may not be sent by Canada Post, therefore we ask that when you see a "Shipping Alert" in a product's description, you contact us prior to checkout to obtain a proper shipping quote. If you attempt to purchase an item that contains a shipping alert, your shipping charges will be inaccurate.

    All of our products will be shipped out within 2-3 business days unless there is a lead time noted for a back-ordered or custom-ordered item.

    You will be provided with tracking information once your items ship out.

  • Shipping outside of Canada

    Please contact us prior to placing an order to obtain a quote. If you place an order without obtaining a shipping quote, we will contact you with shipping fees prior to shipping your product(s).

    Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, however, they may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. Trend-E-Tots does not collect and cannot estimate duties and taxes. If you do incur these additional fees, a customs invoice may arrive with the package or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Please note that for all US and International shipping customers, we cannot guarantee the amount of time your product may take to arrive at your destination. Each delivery will vary due to border inspections and other delays that are beyond our control.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Trend-E-Tots is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    Trend-E-Tots wants you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.

    Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your item. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and we will provide you with the necessary information to begin the return/exchange process.

    Items for return or exchange must be in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. You will be refunded the cost of the product only, not the original shipping. Additionally, all shipping to return the product is at the purchasers’ expense.

    Please note all special/custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE. Additionally, bedding, plates, cups, bowls, and cutlery; potties and tub; teethers and pacifiers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

    Please contact our store as soon as possible after receiving your items in case of refunds. We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse. We are not liable to refund and/or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition.

  • Availability and Lead Times

    Many items are in stock, however some items that are not can be custom ordered for no added charge. Therefore, different items may have different lead times as to when they will ship out. We will make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently.

    In stock

    In stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Your merchandise should then arrive within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Once your purchase has shipped, you will be contacted with tracking information.

     

     

     

     

    Custom orders

    We are more than happy to custom order items that are not currently in stock. There are no extra charges for custom orders. The price stated on the item page is the actual price and upon checkout, you will be calculated the same shipping charge as if the item were stocked.

    Lead Times

    We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently. Custom ordered items may take from 1-3 weeks to ship depending on the item. Typically apparel and accessories ship in 1-2 weeks , gear from 2-3 weeks and furniture from 3-8 weeks. Each product’s detail page indicates the estimated lead time if it is typically more than 3 weeks. Please note: We are not responsible for manufacturers delays, however you will be notified immediately of any delays should they come up.

    For custom ordered items, we will contact you after your order is received and provide you with a more specific time frame for the arrival of your items. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone prior to placing a custom order and we will gladly provide you with any other information we can.

    Mixed order of in-stock and custom-ordered items

    We at trendetots.com prefer to ship complete orders. A shipment of items with varying lead times that appear on the same order will leave our warehouse only when all items on that order are ready to ship. Should you require a partial shipment, you may seperate your order prior to check out, or contact 3urbanbrats@gmail.com to arrange a partial shipment. Additional charges may apply.
